Information we use

Game progress and preferences are stored on your device. Our online services use the following information, each purpose under its own switch:

A random identifier can distinguish one installation from another; it is not the same as anonymous data. Network providers also receive connection information when providing their services.

Advertising, purchases and service providers

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. Predvix does not receive your payment-card details. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

In releases with Settings → Data and privacy, Gameplay analytics, Crash reports and Online score sharing are separate choices. Gameplay analytics and Crash reports are off by default. From version 0.1.16, Online score sharing starts on for a new installation, except where Settings shows Privacy choices (such as the EEA and the UK), where it is off by default; installations from earlier versions keep their setting. You can change each choice at any time and keep playing with all three off. They do not control access to purchased features.

Turning a choice off stops new sharing for that purpose and discards its pending app queue. A transmission already started cannot always be recalled; contact support to delete records already sent. Restart the app after enabling Crash reports. Native reports from a session that began without consent are discarded rather than uploaded later. Earlier app releases may not include these switches: update to a release that includes them, or contact support and stop using the earlier release to stop new collection.

Advertising consent is managed separately through Settings → Privacy choices when available in your region. On iOS, tracking permission can also be changed in the device's privacy settings. On Android, use the device's advertising privacy settings. You can turn reminders off in the game or in your device's notification settings.

How long we keep information

Predvix deletes raw gameplay, session, advertising-event and diagnostic records after 90 days from receipt. We may retain anonymous statistical totals that can no longer identify an installation. We keep only the derived information needed for online rankings and rating comparisons while providing those features, or until you request deletion.

Purchase-service records are kept while needed to recognise and restore a purchase, unless you request deletion. Firebase states that it begins removing Crashlytics reports and associated identifiers after 90 days. Google advertising services and the app stores apply their own retention policies to information they control.

We delete support correspondence within 12 months after the request closes. Any Predvix-controlled backup copies are retained for no more than 30 days; deletion requests are reapplied before a backup is restored to service. If a specific legal obligation or unresolved dispute requires a record to be retained longer, we restrict its use to that purpose.

Access, deletion and withdrawal requests

Email support@predvix.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent. For gameplay records, include the Install ID in Settings. For RevenueCat records, include the separate Purchase Support ID. Support can also help locate a production purchase using the relevant App Store order reference or Google Play transaction reference. Do not send account passwords or payment-card details.

We may ask for limited information to verify the request and locate the correct record. We aim to complete requests within 30 days, or sooner where required, and will explain any applicable exception or processing delay. Deleting a RevenueCat record does not delete Apple or Google's independently held payment records and does not issue a refund. Using the service again or restoring a purchase may create a new service record.

Provider privacy information
